Maxing Out in Just Over a Year

Quickly after opening the brewery in September of 2020, we realized that we would be maxing out our capacity quicker than expected. We always knew that we were going to be expanding our production, that was the plan when we were purchasing this property. We were pleasantly surprised that it came this quick!

Brewery Expansion

Knowing the core focus for South by SouthEast Brewing Co, the brewery expansion was considered, and planned for, from day one. We know that to offer exceptional products consistently and reliably to our customers, inside the taproom and in their own communities, we have to expand the brewery. We love making great beer and we want everyone to have a great experience when they are purchasing products from us. From taproom guests to restaurants and liquor stores, getting our beer should be a seamless, dependable process.

The brewery expansion started in October 2021, the month after our 1st birthday. The land has been cleared behind our taproom and foundation has been laid. The walls are next and we plan to have equipment installed in early April. The expansion will triple our capacity and allow us to grow, allowing us to continue to be consistent and dependable for our accounts.
